Santiago Bernabéu Gates and Access
English guide to Santiago Bernabéu gates, access planning and arriving for a Real Madrid match.
Use the gate printed on your ticket
The most important access information is the gate, sector and seating details shown on your ticket. Do not choose an entrance simply because it looks closer on a map.
Arrive early
Major Real Madrid matches create heavy pedestrian traffic around the stadium. Allow extra time for security checks, finding the correct gate and reaching your block.
Keep the ticket ready
Have your mobile ticket accessible before reaching the turnstiles and follow any identity or app instructions provided by the external seller.
